Chelan Butte is hosting two back-to-back Cat 2 FAI paragliding competitions this June.

Ozone Chelan Open 2026 — June 13 (practice) and June 14–19 (competition). EN-C and lower, aimed at XC pilots new to racing. Daily briefings cover task analysis and racing strategy alongside elite pilots.

US Open of Paragliding 2026 — June 20 (practice) and June 21–27 (competition). Open-class Race to Goal.
